  • 3. Entities required to register at E-Waste EPR Portal?

Manufacturers, producers, refurbishers and recyclers must register on the CPCB E-Waste EPR portal. Brand owners and importers of equipment covered by Schedule I register as producers.

  • 4. Whether Solar photo-voltaic modules or panels or cells are covered under the Rules?

Yes. Solar photo-voltaic modules, panels and cells are covered, with their own storage and reporting requirements. We confirm the current position for your product before filing.
